Error: URL is correct Lightroom CC

When I attempt to sign in to Lightroom CC, I get a message....URL is correct and refreshing the page.  Well it doesn't refresh and when it does, it repeats the same message.

Very frustrating.

I can get on Lightroom CC other ways, but at times I will get this message.

Can someone explain this to me....it just started within a week, otherwise, I haven't been having other issues.

    Hi, Robin! Definitely share a screenshot with us, please. Additionally, I would try a different web browser as well as clearing my cache

    Hi Robin,

    Sorry that you're getting an error message "URL is correct, refreshing the page" while signing in to Lightroom CC.

    I am not familiar with the error message you're referring to. Could you please share a screenshot of the error message with us? Also, do you only get this error randomly while signing in?
