Export photo error

If I export a photo, this appears:

 

unexpected error performing command:

bad argument #1 to 'StringByAppendingPathComponent'(string expected, got nil?

 

What can I do?!

OK, so I'm also having the same issues with importing and exporting my pictures. Works when it wants too. which is far and in between lately I just got windows 11 but in lightroom says im running on windows 10 which is not the case, what do i do next to fix these issues???
