Exported AVIF files are corrupted

Participant ,

All exported files in AVIF format are corrupted and can't be viewed in Windows (with AC1 codec installed) and on Android phone (gallery, instagram - can't read the files).

Both systems read other AVIF files from the Internet correctly.

Sample corrupted AVIF files generated by Lightroom CC attached in link (as they can't be attached here):

Also experiencing this, AVIF files render very strangely post export - appear to be exporting only a gain layer? Example from prior poster as rendering on my machine and my own export below -

Chrome refuses to render at all, Firefox surprisingly renders them though in SDR only. My own AVIF export itself shared at https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/17RCGMctq1yMOSiDnlzYE5NKFLWE8eWDZ?usp=drive_link - have replicated with various image sources, and across all lightroom installs (CC, classic, app)
