Exporting Issues

Is frustrating to pay monthly for years, for the ios app to be so bad. 

 

I only export in batches of 5 at a time because anything more than that wont let me (it will export as zip which I cannot open on my phone) this makes the process extremely time-consuming

 

After exporting the photos, I see the notification in the Lightroom app saying "5 photos were successfully exported" 

Yet when I go to my camera roll only 1, 2, sometimes 3 photos were exported. 

 

Sometimes it does export 5 photos, however, when I go to my camera roll, I see 5 random photos were exported, photos I took months, maybe years ago, and not the 5 photos I selected. 

 

I am paying for this app, I need this to be fixed. 

 

Exporting photos takes forever, even when I am using high speed wifi.

Hi @Mallory Knox  

Can you elaborate on what specifc share menu controls you are using?  I have tried on Lightroom for iPhone and Android, exporting 10 or more images from my Lightroom photos to the camera roll.  Whether I choose Share > Save copy to device, or Share > Export As.. , I get all 10 (or more) images saved to my camera roll.

I do see no missing images, ZIP files, etc.  The only way I know how to download to a ZIP file is by using the Lightroom web app at: https://lightroom.adobe.com/ (and again, I am able download 10 or more images as long as they are fully uploaded and available in cloud storage).  If it's the web app that you're having trouble with, can you accomplish what you want using the dedicated app from the iOS AppStore or Google Play?

Please confirm the specific steps you are using?  And also please confirm what device, OS version, and Lightroom app version you are using so that we can help further.
