Failed to import

Hi! I'm struggling to import pictures to LR on mobile. I have this problem for a long time now and nothing has helped yet. Every time I import a picture it says failed to import, even tho I'm using the latest update. I don't know what to do. If anyone knows how to help please tell me. Thank you!
