Hi everybody
I've just bought a presets collection..but it's a file zip..
so i don't understand how can i unzipped it and open it on lightroom.
I know that i must go to lightroom menu and click preferences, than tap on presets and click "open presets folder"..but i don't have "presets" in Preferences..
Please help me
You don't have to unzip these files. You can open them directly in Lightroom CC and Lightroom will recognize the are a zipped collection of presets. You open presets in Lightroom CC by clicking on presets at the right bottom of the window when the edit tools are open. Then click on the ellipsis (three dots) right on top of the newly opened preset drawer and select "import presets". Then simply select the zip file.

Hi Alessiaa ,
Can you please tell us which Operating System you have MAC or Windows ?
If its windows then you need to Right click on the ZIP file and select extract all.
If Its a MAC then just double click on the ZIP file it will extract.
After Extracting , you need to check whether the presets have a .XMP or .LrTemplate Extention.
According to the extention type , will let you know where to put them.
Thanks !!
