Filter for adjusments

In LR Classic CC one could create a smart collection to filter fotos which have adjustments.

I understood that you cannot create smart collections in the new Lightroom CC, but can you still filter to find fotos with adjustments. Or more general speaking, is there somewhere a description of the LR new CC filter language which is more related to fotos meta data or fotos state and independent of the AI content search (which BTW produces really poor results)?
