Fixed: Missing Images and Presets after Lightroom Mobile 5.4 update

So, Lightroom automatically updated and I lost everything I had until this morning when I last used it.

I hope theres a way to recover my work back.

Sorry that your presets and images in Lightroom mobile app have disappeared after the recent app update.

This is a known issue and our engineers are currently investigating the issue.

This happened to me as well. The help desk was USELESS as they kept saying the subscription isn't free and I needed to speak with someone from the App Store. So confused.

Hello, photos and presets do not appear after updating lightroom. The last photo was left from May. How can a photo be restored?

I woke this morning to my entire catalogue of photos and presets completely disappeared. I sunbscribe and have for a long time, and never had this problem. Mobile is the main way I edit and there are thousands of photos and edits missing!! Please tell me these can be recovered!!

Hey! I just lost all my photos and presets (paid and some I made myself) after my phone automatically updated the Lightroom mobile app. I contacted customer service chat and they said they couldn't do anything since I have a free account and said I should post on here saying what happened and a team would contact me to solve this problem. I really hope I get my photos and (even more important because I don't have copies) my presets.  TIA

Same Problem Here , i have lost 1000s of photos in my lightroom app ... and iam using free verison. In the lightroom app when i look at storage space it is empty.. and when i open lightroom web i can see 12gb of storage used . Can u pls help me get back those photos

We are aware that some customers who updated to Lightroom 5.4.0 on iPhone and iPad may be missing photos and presets that were not synced to the Lightroom cloud. A new version of Lightroom mobile (5.4.1) for iOS and iPadOS has now been released that prevents this issue from affecting additional customers. Installing version 5.4.1 will not restore missing photos or presets for customers affected by the problem introduced in 5.4.0. We know that some customers have photos and presets that are not recoverable. We sincerely apologize to any customers who have been affected by this issue. 08/18 some more current photos suddenly disappeared from my app, and I ended up running out of important photos, updated but the photos didn't come back and they don't appear in the trash folder, as I should continue?
