Thanks for reaching out. We're here to help. Which version of Lightroom Mobile are you using?

To Blur the background of an image, select the background with either brush tool mask or inverting "select subject" masking.  Once the area to be blurred is selected, you need to reduce the sliders of Texture, Noise, and Clarity filters.
