Fusion Photography plan (20GB) + Creative Cloud Files Storage 1 TB

Hi everyone,

 

I'm posting this here because the support chat doesn't reply.


I've got two plans:

1. Photography plan (20GB) Annual plan, paid monthly

2. Creative Cloud Files Storage 1 TB, monthly plan

 

I'd like to change those to the Lightroom 1TB plan, I only need the latest version of Lightroom, 1TB of cloud storage. I don't need to have Photoshop anymore (included in the Photography plan).


I tried canceling or changing plans and it always gives me an error.
Could someone from support please help?

You could try raising this at twitter. Sometimes the light of publicity can get things moving.

This is a user to user community. It will be necessary to contact Adobe directly once again. Click the following link and scroll down the page to Individual. Then click “Sign in to contact us” It should be possible to start an on-line chat with Adobe Support.

In December 2 2019 I using this exact "chat" support and asked "Hello, I'd like to upgrade from my current annual 20go Photography plan to the 1tb one but I can't" then 24h later an automatic message "our client support is now closed blablabla"

 

Then nothing...

 

Then yesterday morning I asked again, and again I receive a "our client support is now closed blablabla"

 

How many months does it takes for Adobe support to answer paying customers haha?
