generatie ai is not working

Hello,

I’m using Lightroom with cloud functionality on a MacBook and I’m trying to remove an object using the Generative AI feature. I keep getting a message telling me to check my internet connection, even though my connection is working perfectly.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

  • Restarted Lightroom

  • Restarted my MacBook

  • Signed out and back into Creative Cloud

  • No VPN or firewall active

  • Lightroom is up to date

  • Adobe status page shows no issues with Lightroom

Could you please investigate this further?

The problem occured since yesterday. I tryed it with the link you supplied. It works, but very slowly.

Just a quick correction: the title should say "Generative AI" instead of "generatie AI". Thanks!

Has this started to happen recently? Check if Generator Remove works on Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/3YKTDF1).
