generatie ai is not working
Hello,
I’m using Lightroom with cloud functionality on a MacBook and I’m trying to remove an object using the Generative AI feature. I keep getting a message telling me to check my internet connection, even though my connection is working perfectly.
Here’s what I’ve already tried:
Restarted Lightroom
Restarted my MacBook
Signed out and back into Creative Cloud
No VPN or firewall active
Lightroom is up to date
Adobe status page shows no issues with Lightroom
Could you please investigate this further?
