Generative remove extra people

Has anyone used the gnerative remove extra people tool?  I can't seem to get it to work and I think it's using all my credits.  lol. Not sure if it's user error, a wrong setting somewhere or a bug.  It will detect the extra people but not delete them.    Thx.

Generative Remove features should not consume credits.
