Grain issues with export

I'm having a new issue when exporting photos on Lightroom cc app to my iPhone photo album.  They are exporting grainy.  Any ideas why?  The top photo is a screen shot of my phone before the export.  The bottom photo is what the saved to my phone.

i'm having the same issue since yesterday and i can't figure it out. but mind is on the desktop window. i really need help with this too.
