Help with moving slider on apple mobile

Hi everyone, 

Is there a way to have the sliders move by one increment at a time? I love how Instagram let's you tap on the outside edge of the slider to increase or decrease the slider by one value at a time. I always get stuck between the number I want and it's very annoying trying to get the slider exactly on the value you want. Example being saturation +3 it will slide and jump between 1 then 4. It's super tedious and frustrating! Thanks for your help I hope I'm missing something and there's a way to increase or decrease values by one.

Currently it seems to be + or - 5 if you tap the bar.

I don’t know of any other option.
