HIPPA compliant?

Is the cloud based storage of Lightroom compliant with patient privacy laws (HIPPA)? I would like to use this to organize and edit patient photographs, but my hospital is requesting a cloud risk assessment prior to purchasing. Is there anyone at Adobe who can help with this question?
