Horizontal watermark setting shaded

Hi. I’ve been practicing and using the Lightroom app for a few weeks now. In the watermark feature I was able to move it horizontally and vertically. For two days I haven’t been able to use the horizontal feature because it is shaded out. I haven't made any setting changes. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. And turned off the phone - what did I do for that to happen?
