How do I access my photos stored in the cloud? Is there a web page I can go to find these?

I know that my photos are supposed to be "safe" in the cloud, but I would have peace of mind knowing I can access them directly, outside of the Lightroom CC app.

Is this possible?

Hi @Bud Brown, If your photos are stored in Adobe Creative Cloud, there are a few easy ways to access them depending on how you uploaded or synced them. Here's how you can find and manage your photos:

1. Access via Web Browser: You can view your cloud-stored photos directly from any browser:

 - Go to https://adobe.ly/44RWNsF

 - Sign in with your Adobe ID

 - Click on "Files" in the left-hand menu to browse your stored content, including photos

This is a great option if you're away from your usual device or just want quick access without opening an app.

2. Use the Creative Cloud Desktop App: If you have the Creative Cloud app installed on your computer:

 - Open the app and sign in

 - Navigate to the "Files" tab

 - You'll see your uploaded files, synced folders, and any shared content

This is especially useful if you regularly work with Adobe apps like Photoshop or Illustrator.

3. Access via Adobe Mobile Apps: If you use apps like Lightroom Mobile, your photos may also be synced there:

 - Open the app and sign in with your Adobe ID

 - Tap the Cloud icon or navigate to the Library to view your synced photos

Let me know if you're still having trouble accessing them. I hope this helps! ^CH

Hello, I just today purchased the Photoshop Lightroom bundle.  I used Lightroom to upload 33966 photos to the cloud, from multiple hard drives.    Lightroom shows 388.6 GB of 1 TB used.  Next I open the Creative Cloud app, click on Files from the left hand pane, and see nothing.  Nada.

This is not giving me peace of mind using Lightroom to manage my photos.  What am I doing wrong?  Thanks,

Hi @danw74182291 One small point of explanation-

The {Files} folder in the Creative Cloud Desktop App does not contain your Lightroom photos. (Contrary to what @Claire H. says in her post above.)

Lightroom stores separately its own database of photos accessible with the Lightroom Apps-

Lightroom-Desktop (On a PC or Mac),

Lightroom-Mobile (iPads, Phones, Android)

Lightroom-Web (from a Web browser app).  https://lightroom.adobe.com/

Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 14.5.1, Photoshop 26.10, ACR 17.5, Lightroom 8.5, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 15.1.1 .
