PROBLEM:  first thing to install is to go to “preferences“ in LRcc,  and then go to “presets”.

I have NO presets option!  I‘be been at this for two months- searcging  web for answers. I am so frustrated.  Will anyone please help me??! I’m going bonkers...

@Heazel31065197sz1i   Sorry, but "I have Lightroom" tells us nothing!

Is that Lightroom-Desktop for a PC or Mac?

Is that Lightroom on a mobile device- iPad, iPhone, Android phone?

Is that a 'Free' version, or do you subscribe to Adobe?

What Version Number of "Lightroom" do you have?

What format / File-type are the presets?  .lrtemplate, .XMP,  or .DNG ?

"no option to download it"-  Download what? The Presets or the Lightroom App?

    Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 15.1.1, Photoshop 27.3.1, ACR 18.1.1, Lightroom 9.0, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 16.0.2 .

Thank you Jim Hess! So I got the "presets" to load in LR CC but they appear to be individual filters? Each one is a singular color... Blue tone, Purple tone, Monotone...etc etc. I think I was expecting to see the ones that downloaded "Summer Presets", Fall Presets" etc etc. Did yours upload in LR CC this way?

This is a really old post, but maybe someone will see this. I am having the same problem you just described (the presets uploaded individually). Did you ever figure out how to correct this? If so, I am all ears.

That's because the instructions are for Lightroom Classic CC, or for earlier versions of Lightroom. Adobe has caused a lot of confusion by naming the new cloud version of Lightroom the way they did.

I can't really advise you on that. Are you happy with Lightroom CC? Are you familiar with the two different versions that are available? Do you know what the difference is between the two? Have you had a previous version?

Here is a link that sort of points out the differences between the two versions. There is also a video that talks about the differences. Everything in the video is true, but having watched the video I must say that is definitely slanted towards encouraging you to embrace Lightroom CC. It looks great, but I haven't chosen to go that way personally. Look carefully and choose carefully. There are many features not available in Lightroom CC at this time. I'm not suggesting that you not Stay with Lightroom CC. I'm just suggesting that you need to fully understand what it is that you have.
