Watermarking is now available in the latest release, Lightroom 3.3. You can update your application from the Creative Cloud Desktop app or click the banner update button within the application. I have a short YouTube video showing this new feature within the Share >> Export dialog.

I have a PC and use Lightroom 3.4 and I can't find a tab to "edit watermark" anywhere. I want to add a logo to pics.

You can do it from the iPad. To set up watermarking click the three dots (top-right) and go to:

Settings >> Watermarking

Your copyright text should then get added when you export (share) photos.

Lightroom Classic has watermarking features, but Lightroom does not as yet. It is a feature you will have to wait for.
