Hi,

sorry but in Lightroom you can not add text to a photo.

You can do this in Apple Photo, that is always on your iPhone.

Or you could install Photoshop.

Lightroom does allow you to add test watermarks on export, do you mean that?

Or creatively adding text, which as Ralf says would be better in Photoshop.
