How to apply presets to multiple photos in the desktop mackbook version for LIGHTROOM

Hi All. 

So I'm running the lightroom cloud version (5.5) on Macbook Pro and I need to apply changes for preset / crop and more and this seem to not be working. I can do it on the mobile app but then when I go to my desktop veriosn the edits can't be adjusted as the mobile is using a newer version.  Please advise. Thanks in advance.
