All right, I feel like an idiot, but I can't figure this out.
I recently covered a 24 hour comedy festival. Throughout the night of shooting, I would transmit the images to my iPad from the camera via wifi, upload to Lightroom CC and edit on the fly so we could get the images out on to social media super quick.
Now that the event is complete, I need to be able to export the catalog and give it to the client.
They want to be able to make small modifications for bigger presentations. (i.e the 3am edits could definitely be fine tuned).
I found the Lightroom Downloader, but it just seems to export the full images not the catalog information that would hold all the development tweaks/cropping that I did.
How do I get the .lrcat file and the .lrdata subfolders?
Any help would greatly appreciated. I feel like I keep running into dead ends.
Thanks.

There are no such things in the cloud. The .lrcat file and .lrdata folders are Lightroom Classic specific. Like John says, you can create this locally by downloading the images via Lightroom Classic sync.

You can't.
Downloader, which does sync xmp files with your edits, or syncing back into Lightroom Classic is the best you can do.
