I can't find my photos stored in my account as my phone has reset, I tried to look for it in creative cloud files , deleted files but there is still nothing, please help thanks.
Did you log into your account with Lightroom again? That should be all that is needed. Make sure you log in with the correct credentials. Maybe you have two accounts...
