How to Fix Lightroom Error When Opening: Disk Permissions Troubleshooting

Hi there, I've been getting this error message when trying to open LR CC. I've been trying to fix it updating Disk Permissons and now trying to do it manually. I've opened the below string and have found it, but don't know what to do next! Just trying to learn this version. Help!
