I have been communicating with Adobe support. I received an email asking for a “logs/feedback file“
I was told to press and hold the LR logo in the upper left of my screen. I do not have a logo in the upper left. I contacted Adobe through a chat, After 30 minutes without an answer I was disconnected.
I am hoping someone here can help speed things along (it has been a week without resolution).
Does anyone know how to generate a logs/feedback fille?

Tap on the three dots in the upper right corner. Then choose ‘Settings’, followed by ‘Help & Support’. Now press and hold ‘Access our Support Forum’. It will take a few seconds, but then an email will come up with the log already attached.
