How to transfer or sychronize files & presets from an Android to an IPhone

Hi! I recently changed from Android to an iPhone and although my app membership is active, I can only see photos and presets I had saved on the app until 2019. How do I sync or transfer the rest of my files to the iPhone. It's so time consuming to reset all the presets I had created over the past 3 years, not to mention the amount of photos I had edited.

Which version of Lightroom are you using on your Android and iPhone? Are you logged in with the same AdobeID? Do you see all your assets at https://lightroom.adobe.com/libraries?
