How to use Healing Brush a second time

As a complete newbie in the Adobe world, this is a good example of the kind of frustration that makes me want to just go back to the less-effective tools in other software packages. I'm using a Mac.

I am trying to remove an unsightly box along a fence line. I used the clone brush and the first section I modified looks perfect. So I want to do more. But there doesn't seem to be any way to "commit" the change I made and start over. When I activate the healing brush, it goes back to the changes I made already. If I try to start a new "heal", it just moves my old one around. Help please!

Thanks!

There is a plus icon to the left of the selective brush tool. That will start a new active pin and the previous pin will be de-activated. You can re-click on any de-activated pin to tweak the effect.

Thanks so much--that did work for me! The problem I was having was because I was trying go modify an area within a previous clone--which doesn't seem possible.

It should be possible to choose any pin in order to re-edit.
