I am unable to edit DNG files using Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop

I am at Moynihan Hall in NYC, and I uploaded all of my street photography files taken on my Leica CL to edit them on Photoshop and Lightroom.

However, neither Lightroom nor Photoshop is able to edit the DNG files as long as I am in Moynihan Hall.

I tried all methods, including online tools and the Dxo Mark editor because I'm too impatient to wait to get back home to edit the DNG files (I am assuming that I will be "allowed" by the hackers to edit them when I am back home.)

However, as long as I am in Moynihan Hall, I cannot open DNG files whatsover, no matter what kind of application I try to use to edit it on my computer.

I tried to re-install the Adobe Creative Cloud out of frustration using the Adobe Cleaner Tool; however, the file became corrupt the moment I open the file.

This is insane.

I recorded partially the video of what was happening on my computer. Is it the government that is preventing me from editing DNG files on my laptop as long as I am in Moynihan Hall?

My computer is fine; it has antivirus and VPN protection.

This is pure evil violence.

It's my laptop, my camera, and my DNG files. I want to edit DNG files on the fly wherever I am. This is reasonably an inalienable right.

The government hackers are abusing their rights.

Silly mistake on my part. The files became corrupt when I tried to transfer them through wifi app. The files are fine and editable as long as I transfer them through sd card reader.
