I got a new phone and now i cant recover my account?? I use the same accounts to log on so ?

Do you have a paid subscription? The free version doesn't sync to the cloud and you would have to restore from a backup. See this help page for details:

    I have a payd subscription yes. I am not talking about foto's when i try-out to log on it says.  I cannot recover my account because it has been claimed. Make sure you are logged on the same account of Google play and lightroom when u purchased lightroom. I am on the same account but a new phone.
