I already paid for light room why i still can’t use it’s features ?!

We had some server hiccups but I believe you account should be working for Lightroom on all your computers/devices now.  If you still aren't seeing this work, please reply and let us know.

Thanks for reaching out. We're sorry for the trouble with Lightroom. I'd love to help you figure this out.

I have reviewed your profile & the Lightroom Plan (1TB) is active.

 

What version of Lightroom & iOS are you working on?

Have you tried signing out of the Lightroom app and signing in again?

 

Sign out of the Lightroom app and sign in again using your Adobe ID (email) instead of using the social login options (FB, Google, etc.)

If this does not work, uninstall the Lightroom app and install it from the Appstore.
