I want to delete my Lightroom account.

I want to delete my Lightroom account without deleting my Adobe account.

Not sure if I understand the issue correctly, would you mind telling us about the issues you're facing with Lightroom? Why do you want to delete your Lightroom account? Are you facing any problem using the app?

I don't use the Lightroom app, so I want to delete my account.

You may sign out from the app (Help> Sign out) & then uninstall it from your device.

Your Lightroom account is part of your Adobe account. They are the same thing. You could delete any images you might have in the Lightroom cloud, and remove the application from your computer/devices, but you will still have the account if you want to add photos in the future.
