I want to know how to permanently delete keywords from the keyword list

I just stared using key words and have a bunch I do not like and want to elimate permanently from option list that comes up when you enter the first letter of the keyword. I uses lightroom cc on phone and desktop.

@Jon34532316osqk I think that they will no longer  appear in the list when the are removed from all the photos that have that Keyword assigned.
