Images are not the same from Lightroom to Photoshop

When I command E or Edit In> Photoshop to edit an image further in Photoshop the image is not the same. 

I have attached two images, one what it looks like in Lightoom then the second what it looks like in Photoshop- without changing anyting only hitting command E. ( sorry the second image is what it looks like in lightroom then I edit in Photoshop and it's almost like it's carrying the changes over)The color profiles in both platfroms are the same ProPhoto RGB. Please help!!!
