Images not showing (taken through Lr Mobile)

Hi,

I recently changed my mobile, and yesterday I took some shots through LR mobile. They are nowhere to find on the phone, and on the cloud when I check I only see white rectangles and nothing more.

Can somebody help me, these pics are rare ones.

Did you ever see the photos after you took them with the Lightroom Mobile camera?

If you didn't, could it be that when you took them it overexposed them (fiddle around with exposure and auto to see if there is an image there)z

If you did, could they be in the deleted folder?

I never saw them in LR, but as my mobile is new, I have about 20 recent photos there, but not viewable. The deleted folder is empty. In the cloud I didn't see anything either

Can you see them in the Lr camera photos tab in the Lightroom albums dropdown?
(Also make sure you have the Lightroom icon selected at the bottom of the screen).

Thanks for your answer. No, I only see blank rectangle.
