Importing

Hi, I am having trouble importing my photos in Lightroom Desktop (cloud based) basically it does nothing for a long time and them still does not import my photos either from mySD card nor from my pc.

    Yes it is.. 😕😕. I stared to chat with someone at Adobe it was taking to long and they apologized, so I am going to try later, with all that is going on with the Corona virus it can wait ,

    First, what steps are you taking to import your images? Also, you might want to post in the Lightroom Classic forum, which is for the desktop storage-based program; this one is designed for cloud-based.

    Have you tried drag & drop into the grid? See if my video demo helps. Let us know of that works.

    Thank you for your suggestion and video, it was helpful have never imported that way but,,, the images still did not import , the bar far left corner pops up saying importing , it is blank no blue line showing how long it will be or that is is importing ,, and yes I am an OP, 🙂

    Very strange. Do you have an individual subscription or is it part of an enterprise/team account?
