Impossible to create an album on Lightroom

Hi friends,

I can't create/open photo album on Lightroom.. I can't add photo too.. I dont know why..

Someone else with this issue ? 
Please help me if you can..

Do you buy any chance have an educational or corporate account? If so you would need to contact your administrator who deals with the licensing.

I buy the photography pack include Photoshop, Lightroom and Lightroom Classic..

Maybe try signing out and signing back in to you Creative Cloud account from within that app.
