The Lightroom App on iPad has a real problem with sync issues. The only way I have found to get the sync errors to go away is to copy a setting and apply it to an entire album - then instantly all of the sync issues are solved. I thought one of the main items that was solved in this latest update was the sync. Apparently not. Back to the drawing board? Or are we just going to give up on sync?

Funny you should mention it.. I almost exlusively work by importing on my iPad into an album with "Store Locally" setting.
Otherwise, a few minutes after the upload is finished... it removes everything including Smart Preview from the device.
I've wanted to show pictures yesterday from an album no longer on my device. It takes between 1min30 and 2min to load a single 80MB picture.
On my connection, it should take max 8s.
Granted it's not exactly the same issue you describe, but it's still quite a big isuse with sync.

Hi @Jared Platt ,
The issue you describe is specific to our Prerelease build, not a released app. Please use the correct channels to communicate issues in Beta versions of the app. We have addressed the issue and a new Prerelease build will be issued soon. Affected assets will need to be healed by us. Otherwise, you can self-help by deleting affected assets and importing them again with the current released app, or upcoming prerelease build.
If you need help accessing our prerelease forum, please let me know.
