iPad photos do not upload to iPhone

Hi there! I'm a photographer and I'm having some problems with Lightroom. I have one adobe lighteoom account that is both on my phone and my iPad and it is synced across these two devices. But I'm having a problem with my photos in Lightroom on my iPad not uploading to my Lightroom on my phone. So when I send a link for my clients to view their photos from iPad (which is what I edit them on) it'll tell them that the album is empty if the photos are not on my phone as well...even though it says on my iPad they have 400 photos in their album. If someone could please help me I would be so grateful!

If you open the link to the same album (ie., copy the link and open in iOS Safari) do you see images or not?

If not, is it possible the images did not finish syncing from your iPad up to your Lightroom cloud storage?  If you tap on the cloud icon in your Lightroom iPad app, is it paused or does it say "Synced and Backed Up?"

 

If you sign into your same account at https://lightroom.adobe.com/, do you see the "missing" images or not?  Do you see an album there called "Sync Issues?"
