Porque no se ve la aplicación en pantalla completa en iPad?

No entiendo estos márgenes en una App de fotografía.

Looks like you installed the wrong version. "Lightroom Photo & Video Editor" app is the iPhone app. There is a separate "Lightroom for iPad" version.
