Version 8.5.1 BAA93F/108
Ever since updating my iPad to IPadOS 17, I have been having nothing but trouble with Lightroom Mobile. It takes multiple attempts to import photos from my usual card reader. Even though it says it has captured them, nothing appears in my designated folder. I have waited up to 30 mins. Usually by about attempt 3, it works. Also, despite having a stable and fast internet connection, my photos are taking forever to download from the cloud to become editable. The little circle spins for about 5 mins before the photo kicks in on screen. These are not issues I have had before updating to iPadOS 17. Also, it is mind-boggling that there is still no keyboard support for CMD-Z on the iPad. Will this ever be implemented?

Hi,
I tried to reproduce this issue of failed to import from SD Card with small (~1000 RAW + jpgs) and large import (~2050 RAW + jpgs) on iOS 17. I was able to successfully import all the files in one attempt with no failures. Since you already mentioned that importing from this same card was good before the OS update so I would do some basic workarounds to see if these help like reboot the device, log out and log back in to Lightroom, see if you have the latest version available of Lightroom. Also might be worth trying another SD Card of you can.
Secondly, the photo/video taking too long to be editable also not reproducible on our end.
If the above mentioned workarounds do not help, please reach out again and we will let you know if we need any additional information from your device.
Best Regards

Thank you for your considered response. I am using the most up to date version of the app (I included the build version in my original post). I will try what you suggest and get back if I'm still having issues.
