Issue with Purchased Presets

Hello,

I currently have LR mobile on my Android cell. I purchases 4 preset packages, and when I go to import them into the app it pops up with an error message stating "preset could not be imported because they are either duplicate or invalid". What the heck!? I just paid $40 for nothing?? Please help!!
