Library Develop tool bar

This is my landing page with work in progress All of the You  Tube tutorials show a Library Develop etc.  toolbar. I am trying to open the History pane through Develop.

You are apparently looking at YouTube videos about Lightroom Classic, while you use Lightroom (cloud).
