You do appear subscribed on our servers. Does Lightroom Premium now seem to work OK for you?
If it is still not working, then do the following:
1. make and iTunes or iCloud back up o fyour device, so you will not lose any imported images, edits, presets, etc that may exist on your device.
2. try to sign out and sign in again.
3. Only if you have made a back up, or if you have no images in Lightroom yet, you could also try re-installing the app.
