Lightroom 5.3 doesn't work after update

Lightroom doesn't work after the update. My presets are gone and I can't reupload them. Lightroom also doesn't allow me to edit my photos manually. It shows nothing it's all just grey nothing to switch or edit. (iPhone)

I can't see any pictures or presets when I log in with the link. I'm using the free app because it always worked perfectly with my bought presets.
