Lightroom 7.1.0 Select subject not enabled on iPad Air 2 with iOS 13.5.1

Select subject and sky features used to work iOS 7 but suddenly its not enabled on my ipad. The version is 7.1.0 and I do not remember updating LR. How do I get Select subject and sky features  to work on ipad Air 2, is there a way to download older version of LR where it worked?
