Lightroom access denied - enterprise

Hi all.
I have recently been given access to the creative cloud through my school. I installed a few applications but unfortunately I am only having trouble accessing Lightroom. Whenever I open it, a window opens saying 'Access Denied. You do not have access to this service.Contact your IT administrator to gain access, or sign in with an Adobe ID.'  I sign in but the window continues to pop up. 

Occasionaly, my PC will pop up a notification saying that Lightroom was blocked from accessing my graphics hardware. In Device Manager, my Display Adapter is listed as 'AMD Radeon Vega 8 Mobile Graphics', if you need any other specs please let me know.

There have been some reports of problems adding new photos on enterprise/ team accounts but not access. Ask your head of IT to check the access settings via their dashboard.

I also have this problem. I also got it through my school with an enterprise account. Please help, mods.
