With the new Lightroom enhancements, do I still need Topaz software?

I would say it's best to have as many tools at your disposal as possible you help you improve images, but depends what your budget is how much benefit it would be.
Whilst Lightroom's tools have improved, so has Topaz if you are working commercially.
