Are you subscribed or on a free trial of the application? Was there a phone reset or installation of the application?
Please ensure you are signed in to the app using the correct email ID.
Can you log in to the cloud, lightroom.adobe.com, and check whether your assets are synced?

O lightroon não foi desinstalado. O app travou durante o uso, fechou e quando abri de novo as pastas estavam zeradas. E o pior é que não consigo importar os arquivos novamente porque diz que os arquivos foram importados anteriormente.
