Lightroom App not showing shared album

I use a shared album to share photos with a small business I work with weekly. About 2 weeks ago the album no longer shows up when my client opens the app. I have reshared the album as well as made a new shared album with all of the images and it still does not show up in their app.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue or might anyone have some insight into some solutions?

Thanks in advance!

Hi @ZoeGilliamTheAngleChatt

Thanks for sharing the details. I want to acknowledge your feelings and am here to assist you.

Which version of the Lightroom app are you using? How are you sharing the album?

Ensure that the shared album is still active and visible to others. Go to the Albums or Shared tab in Lightroom and locate the shared album. Tap the three-dot menu or the "i" icon to access the album settings. Check if the album is marked as "Shared" and if the sharing options are correctly configured. Also, ensure that your account has permission to view the shared album. If you're accessing a shared album from someone else, they must have granted you access and provided the correct sharing settings. Contact the album owner to verify if they have shared the album with you and that the sharing settings are correctly configured.

We will look forward to hearing back soon!

Best,

Ranjisha

Hello, thank you so much for your response!

I am using version 6.4 on my Mac and version 8.4.0 on my mobile phone.

I am the owner of the album and I have my sharing settings so that anyone can view. My client who I have shared the Album with previously had no issues with viewing the album but since this most recent update of the mobile app the album is not presented.
A they previously had no issues with viewing and saving the images from the mobile app but now they are only able to view the album from a browser (still have access, just not showing up in the app).

I hope my explanation makes sense... Thank you so much for anything you can provide to help!!

Hello. I'm having this same problem. Your suggestion to solve isn't working. Mobile web browser shows an icon, that is not present in the mobile app, next to the Lr logo at the top right corner that gives access to "Albums" and "Shared." I need access to "Shared" in the mobile app.
