You could sign out of the Lightroom app each time your work is complete, and sign back in when you next use the app.

Doesn't it already work this way? I cannot get in my phone without face recognition or passcode. Just set it up in the phone's settings app. Or do you want a seperate extra layer of face or passcode recognition that just applies to the app? The latter is not built-in to Lightroom. You only get the phone security itself.
